KEEP DRY is an innovative, versatile waterproofing material made using HPC (High Performance Copolymer) technology. The product is a one-component, ready-to-use, solvent-based waterproofing material available in a variety of colors. Provides mechanically stable waterproofing, exceptionally high flexibility in cold weather and has high chemical resistance to a variety of substrates.

Waterproof, anti-carbonation, for the protection of reinforced concrete. Single component, ready to use, easy to use, open packaging can be resealed and stored for future use. The special white color provides improved protection from sunlight and heat with an SRI of 105%, saving on energy costs. Certified BROOF (t2) according to EN 13501-5. High UV resistance: no topcoat required. Recommended for flat roofs with a slight slope. Suitable for laying under tiles on terraces and balconies.
KEEP DRY is recommended for waterproofing concrete substrates, tiles, flat and pitched roofs, metal or other base coverings. Also suitable for application to metal sheets to create a protective coating. In addition, KEEP DRY is used to repair and maintain roofs covered with old bitumen membranes by removing them. It can be used to re-waterproof tile substrates without removing the tiles. Also suitable for roof gardens, green roofs, fountains and ponds.
